91 Club - Responsible Gaming
91 Club responsible gaming: how to set deposit and time limits, recognise problem-gambling warning signs, self-exclude, and reach confidential 18+ support helplines.
Play within your limits
Enjoying 91 Club should always feel like entertainment, not a financial strategy. Before every session, decide on a fixed budget and a hard stop time, and treat both as non-negotiable. Only ever use money that is fully disposable income, never funds set aside for rent, bills, or family needs.
A few simple habits make a real difference: avoid chasing losses by increasing your stakes, take regular breaks so you stay clear-headed, and balance gaming with other leisure activities. If gambling starts to feel like an obligation rather than a choice, that is a signal to pause and reassess.
91 Club gives every player access to practical self-management tools directly inside their account settings. Using them from day one, not only when something goes wrong, is the hallmark of a responsible player.
Warning signs of problem gambling
Problem gambling rarely announces itself. It tends to build gradually, which is why knowing the early signals matters. Common behavioural signs include spending more time or money than planned, chasing losses to "break even," borrowing money to fund play, and concealing the extent of your gambling from people close to you.
Emotional warning signs are just as important: feeling restless or irritable when you cannot play, using gambling to escape stress or low mood, and experiencing guilt after a session yet returning anyway. If gambling is crowding out work, study, or family time, that is a serious indicator that something has shifted.
Ask yourself honestly whether you have answered yes to two or more of these: gambling beyond your planned limit, needing larger bets for the same excitement, or gambling to cope with personal problems. If so, please use the support resources listed further down this page, help is available and problem gambling responds well to early intervention.
Deposit, loss and time limits
91 Club allows you to set binding limits on how much you deposit, how much you can lose, and how long each session runs. You can configure daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps so that your account automatically rejects top-ups beyond the ceiling you choose. Loss limits work the same way, once your net losses reach the figure you set, play is paused for the rest of that period.
Session time limits trigger a clear notification when your chosen playing time expires, giving you a firm reminder to stop rather than relying on willpower alone. All limits take effect immediately when you make them more restrictive. If you want to raise a limit, a mandatory cooling-off period applies before the change activates, this deliberate delay protects you from impulsive decisions made in the heat of a session.
To set or adjust your limits, go to Account → Responsible Gaming → Limits inside the 91 Club app or website. Review them regularly and tighten them whenever your circumstances change.
Self-exclusion and cool-off
If you need a stronger brake than limits provide, 91 Club offers two levels of voluntary break. A cool-off period temporarily suspends your account for a short window, from 24 hours up to several weeks, giving you space to step back without making a permanent decision. During a cool-off you cannot log in, place bets, or receive promotional messages.
Self-exclusion is a longer-term commitment. You can exclude yourself for a minimum of six months or on a permanent basis. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends, regardless of any request you make. This intentional barrier is there to protect you when you recognise that you need a sustained break from gambling.
To activate either option, visit Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or contact our support team directly. We also participate in India's voluntary multi-operator exclusion registers where available, so a single request can cover multiple platforms.
