91 Club - Terms of Service

Use of the site

By accessing or using 91clubwin.com.co (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 91 Club governing your access to all games, prediction contests, wallet functions, and related services offered on the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gaming or prediction activities under the laws applicable in your state or territory. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Residents of states where such activities are expressly prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to create an account or participate in any contests on the 91 Club platform.

Permitted use

You agree to use the Site solely for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site's servers, deploy automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform, engage in fraudulent conduct such as operating multiple accounts or manipulating game outcomes, or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending balances without prior notice.

Account responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through UPI-linked methods including PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and BHIM; you are responsible for ensuring that the payment details registered to your account are accurate and belong to you. If you notice any unauthorised access, you must notify 91 Club support immediately.

Intellectual property

All content and materials available on 91clubwin.com.co are the exclusive property of 91 Club or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of any Site content is strictly prohibited and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Ownership of content

The 91 Club name, logo, trademarks, and all associated branding are owned by or licensed to 91 Club. All software, text, graphics, game mechanics, audio-visual elements, and data compilations displayed on the Site are protected by copyright and related rights. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in such materials to you, and any goodwill generated through use of 91 Club's marks inures solely to 91 Club's benefit.

Limited licence to users

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 91 Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, nor may you use the 91 Club name or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent from 91 Club.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 91 Club, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any interruption to gaming sessions caused by technical failures, payment gateway downtime affecting PhonePe, GPay, BHIM, or other UPI services, or third-party network outages.

No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 91 Club does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You assume full responsibility for any risk associated with your use of the platform.

Liability cap

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under Indian law, 91 Club's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your 91 Club wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
